Genmai-Cha
Genmai-Cha is a Japanese green tea blended with roasted rice grains. Interestingly, it is sometimes called “popcorn tea” because of the popcorn-like grains of rice that appear during the roasting process.
Houji-Cha
Houji-Cha is a Japanese green tea made from Bancha, the tea from the last harvest of the year in October. The tea leaves are roasted in porcelain dishes at 200°C, giving them a distinctive brownish color, smell and flavor.

Our Team.
Meet the three founders behind AiiRO who combine their skills, know-how and passion to create a unique gastronomic experience.
From left to right: Randy Yaloz, Jonathan Bonneh, Hideo Aoki
With over 25 years’ experience in Japanese tea on the international scene, Hideo Aoki, President of Haruna Inc. in Japan, has founded and developed several tea companies and factories in Asia. Now in France, he is looking forward to developing his business in the European market, bringing his expertise and Japanese refinement to the table.
Jonathan Bonneh, our talented and innovative Pastry Chef, began his career in prestigious establishments such as Maison Dalloyau in Paris, Stéphane Glacier patisseries, Cheval Blanc in Saint-Tropez and Saint-Barthélemy with chef Arnaud Donckele. He then perfected his art at Le Byblos in Saint-Tropez and as sous-chef pâtissier at Hôtel La Chèvre d’Or in Èze, under the direction of chef Arnaud Faye. Jonathan is the creative mind behind all AiiRO products, bringing Japanese tea to life with a French technical expertise.
With a long-standing passion for Japanese culture, Randy Yaloz found the ideal partners to realize his dream: a project blending Western and Eastern cultures. Thanks to his experience in business management and in-depth knowledge of the French market, he represents Haruna Inc. in France, working towards the expansion and success of the AiiRO project.
